DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

Orders for UK delivery are sent by Royal Mail or DHL Couriers, we will email you the tracking details when your order has been dispatched.  Orders placed for delivery outside the UK are sent by Royal Mail or DHL Couriers and will need to be signed for upon delivery. If your delivery address is outside of the European Union you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that such customs policies differ widely from country to country. Orders for delivery outside of the EU qualify for zero rate VAT, which will be automatically deducted from your shopping cart during the checkout process.

Orders for UK mainland delivery over £100 have free standard delivery, which will take upto 5 working days to be delivered. You can upgrade to next working day delivery or Saturday delivery, which will be an additional option during the checkout process. Next day delivery applies to orders placed Monday to Thursday by 11.00am they will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed between 11.00am Thursday and 11.00am Friday for next day delivery will be delivered the following Monday, unless you have selected Saturday delivery. Orders required for Saturday delivery need to be placed by 11.00am on Friday.  If you require a Saturday delivery please note you must select the “Saturday delivery” option at the checkout.

Products which are “available on backorder” will be dispatched within 7 days.  We will contact you if your order will take longer to be delivered.

We accept all credit / debit cards online using HSBC Global Iris or PayPal.
You can place your order by telephone 01623 624449 during shop opening hours.  Please note we do not take telephone orders for Canada Goose products, you will need to place them here on our website.  Telephone orders can only be delivered to the card registered address. If you require a different delivery address to the card holder address you will need to place your order on our website.

CLICK AND COLLECT

To use our click and collect service simply complete your order on our website and put a note in the additional comments box to advise you will be collecting your order from our shop at 38 Rosemary Street, Mansfield NG18 1QL.  We will have the items available at our shop for you to collect at your convenience, we will also email you to confirm.

BFPO

We accept orders for delivery via the BFPO system. If you are based outside the EU we will refund the VAT after you have been through the checkout. Alternatively you can email us your requirements and we will then email you a quote which you can pay directly to us via PayPal. The BFPO postage rates above are subject to extra insurance costs. To allow us to deliver to a BFPO address we require:

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our returns policy applies to all transaction placed via our website and does not apply to purchases from our retail shop.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Contract Regulations.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.

You may cancel your order at any time before your order is delivered. If you have received your order you will need to return it to the address below. After you have received your order, we will be happy to accept products for return for any of the following reasons:

The product was found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery. We will either replace the faulty product or give you a full refund including any postage costs, whichever you prefer. In either case we will have to wait before the product is returned and inspected before we can take action.
If we have made a mistake in the fulfilling of your order we will either send out correct products or give you a full refund including postage costs, whichever you prefer.

If the product does not meet your requirements this is subject to the following conditions:
It must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt.
It must be in pristine condition and in its original packaging with all original labels attached. We will not accept returned goods if you have used the goods or removed any labels so please ensure you are totally satisfied with your purchase before doing so.

Additions to Returns Policy – Footwear

If footwear is required to be returned for size change please telephone our Sales Dept 01623 624449 first to check current availability of the required size.  The footwear should be returned within 14 days in original condition and with all original packaging.  We will not accept returns of footwear if the item has been worn outside, before wearing outside or removing any labels we advise you try the footwear on inside on a clean carpet for a short while to ensure the footwear fits you correctly.

Should footwear be returned for reasons of fault, please note that due to Health and Safety requirements and European Community regulations no staff are permitted to handle any soiled products. If they are returned unclean they will be immediately sent back to the customer without examination. Please ensure that the footwear is properly cleaned, all mud etc. removed before posting the items back to our Returns Dept for attention.

Additions to Returns Policy – Canada Goose Clothing

When returning a Canada Goose product you must return it as received, with all labels attached and with it’s original packaging.  If the garment labels have been removed we will consider the item as worn and it will not be accepted for return.  If the item was sent to you boxed then it must be returned boxed. This protects the garment and ensures it is not damaged in transit. Please take care when packing the item to ensure we receive it back in the same condition as originally received.

TAXES

VAT is charged on all orders within the European Union. All prices quoted include 20% VAT. Orders placed on our website for delivery outside the EU are exempt from UK VAT. This will be deducted from your order before you complete your payment at the checkout.

GB TAX FREE SHOPPING

Non EU residents are entitled to reclaim the VAT on all items purchased.  We will provide you with a GB TaxFree refund form at the point of purchase instore.  If you are non EU resident and order online for delivery within the UK during your stay please advise us so that we can include a GB TaxFree refund form with your goods.  When leaving the EU, present your purchases, receipts and passport to the customs desk to get your GB TaxFree refund form stamped. Collect your refund in cash at the airport or mail the form back to GB TaxFree in the envelope provided for direct crediting to a chosen credit card or UK bank account.
