DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

Items shown on these pages are normally in stock.  Orders should be received within 2-3 working days.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee to always have all items in stock.  In this case we will be able to give you an estimated delivery time.

UK Delivery is made by Royal Mail or TNT Couriers.  Overseas Delivery is made by Royal Mail or UPS Couriers and will need to be signed for upon delivery.  If your delivery address is outside of the European Union you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that such customs policies differ widely from country to country.

Delivery is charged at cost price and will be quoted at the time you place your order.  Páramo orders have free UK mainland delivery and all orders over £100.00 have free UK mainland delivery.

We accept all credit / debit cards online using HSBC Bank Secure e-Payments or PayPal.

BFPO

We accept orders for delivery via the BFPO system.  If you are based outside the EU we will refund the VAT after you have been through the checkout.  Alternatively you can email us your requirements and we will then email you a quote which you can pay directly to us via PayPal. The BFPO postage rates above are subject to extra insurance costs.  To allow us to deliver to a BFPO address we require:

 RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. 

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you.  You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.

You may cancel your order at any time before your order is delivered. If you have received your order you will need to return it to the address below.  After you have received your order, we will be happy to accept products for return for any of the following reasons:

• The product was found to be faulty or damaged. We will either replace the faulty product or give you a full refund including any postage costs, whichever you prefer. In either case we will have to wait before the product is returned before we can take action.

• If we have made a mistake in the fulfilling of your order we will either send out correct products or give you a full refund including postage costs, whichever you prefer.

• If the product does not meet your requirements this is subject to the following conditions:

1. It must be returned to us within 7 days of you receiving your order.
2. It must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt.
3. It must be in pristine condition and in its original packaging with all original labels attached.  We will not accept returned goods if you have removed any labels so please ensure you are totally satisfied with your purchase before removing them.

Additions to Returns Policy - Footwear

If footwear is required to be returned for size change please telephone our Sales Dept 01623 624449 first to check current availability of the required size.

The footwear should be returned within 7 days in new, re-saleable condition and with all it's original packaging.

Should footwear be returned for reasons of fault, please note that due to Health and Safety requirements and European Community regulations no staff are permitted to handle any soiled products. If they are returned unclean they will be immediately sent back to the customer without examination. Please ensure that the footwear is properly cleaned, all mud etc. removed before posting the items back to our Returns Dept for attention.

Additions to Returns Policy - Canada Goose Clothing

Please ensure if you return a Canada Goose item that you return it as received, with all labels attached, with original packaging and if the item was sent to you boxed then it must be returned in the same box.  This protects the garment and ensures it is not damaged in transit.

TAXES

VAT is charged on all orders within the European Union.  All prices quoted include 20% VAT.  Orders for delivery outside the EU are exempt from UK VAT.  This will be deducted from your order before you complete your payment at the checkout.
