DESPATCH AND DELIVERY

Items shown on these pages are normally in stock. Orders should be received within 2-3 working days.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee to always have all items in stock. In this case we will be able to give you an estimated delivery time.

Delivery is made by Royal Mail or Fastway Couriers.

Delivery is charged at cost price and will be quoted at the time you place your order.  Paramo orders have free UK mainland delivery and all orders over £100.00 have free UK mainland delivery.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You may cancel your order at any time before your order is delivered. If you have received your order you will need to return it to the address below. In this case, postage costs cannot be refunded. After you have received your order, we will be happy to accept products for return for any of the following reasons:

• The product was found to be faulty or damaged. We will either replace the faulty product or give you a full refund including any postage costs, whichever you prefer. In either case we will have to wait before the product is returned before we can take action.

• If we have made a mistake in the fulfilling of your order we will either send out correct products or give you a full refund including postage costs, whichever you prefer.

• If the product does not meet your requirements this is subject to the following conditions:

 

1. It must be returned within 14 days of purchase
    
2. It must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt
    
3. It must be in pristine condition and in its original packaging

 

 

In this case postage costs cannot be refunded.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
